Fairway Number Seventeen

Often this fairway has been called the trademark fairway of Fair Havens. You are going to have to take full control of your swing here and hit high up over the trees and aim for the fairway on the other side.

This long par four is unreachable for anyone in any less than two hits, and often not even that. Consider taking a smaller club that you can control, hit it in the fairway and then go for the green with a large iron or fairway wood. It is very easy to hit over this large, raised green. It is considered one of Fair Havens' most difficult putting surfaces and most beautiful.
